   Gary Syzek is founder and currently is the Project Manager for Systems Project Management. Mr. Syzek was first introduced to this industry in the United States Navy over 30 years ago and operated shipboard utility systems. He then entered the Municipal Utility District (MUD) industry in 1981 and has maintained and utilized his Texas TCEQ water and wastewater operator certifications while working in various operational and management positions ever since. 

Mr. Syzek has an extensive background in actual ground level field and plant operations management which allows him the unique flexibility to provide  a well defined conduit of communications between the field operations and the Board of Directors. He has had the opportunity and pleasure of managing and operating numerous municipal utility districts over the years including existing MUD clients. His vast knowledge of the Houston area MUDs as well as his continuous interactions with the operational, construction, engineering, and legal communities could easily make Systems Project Management a valuable asset to your consultant team and your constituents.
